Return and Refund Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, we will refund your money—no questions asked. We want happy customers, and your satisfaction is our priority. Since our hair color is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged, we’ll gladly replace it. Simply send us a picture of the damaged box or goods, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you're not happy with it, we will cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation of Subscription

Need to cancel your subscription? No problem! You can cancel anytime before your next shipment, as long as it’s within 10 days of the scheduled shipping date. Just email us at cancel@pcpbyme.com, and we’ll take care of the rest. We want you to feel great about every part of your experience with us, and we’re here to make it happen.

Shipping Expectations

For first-time orders within the mainland US, expect to receive your products in 5 days or less. You’ll receive tracking information via email or text, so you can follow your product on its journey to your doorstep. For subscription orders, we’ll send you a notification ahead of each shipment with the payment due date and the expected delivery date, ensuring you’re always in the know. Our goal is to provide a smooth and timely experience for all our customers.
